Aye Write

Dates and times

Thursday 19 March 2020
1:00PM - 3:00PM

Unfortunately due to the constantly evolving coronavirus situation, Aye Write 2020 has been cancelled, and this event will no longer go ahead. We will contact ticket holders directly as soon as possible.

From Walter Scott to Denise Mina, and from Daniel Defoe to Thomas De Quincey, writers of all stripes have celebrated the streets of Glasgow.  Their writings, by adding meaning and magic, have transformed our appreciation of the built landscape.  Follow their inky footsteps on this guided walk round some of the many sights and sites captured by writers, and see how the personality of the city is reflected in prose and poetry.
