Gaelic Song as an Introduction to Gaelic Language.
Learn traditional Gaelic song in a two-day workshop led by leading exponents from the Uists; Paul McCallum, Kathleen MacInnes, Gillebride MacMillan and Linda MacLeod. Directed by Allan Henderson, this two-day workshop will also introduce you to the historical context for the repertoire and is brought to you by Lews Castle College UHI, deliverers of music and Gaelic Further and Higher Education courses in the Hebrides. This workshop is supported by the Gaelic Language Promotion Trust. Open to all.
One ticket covers Saturday 18th Jan 10am-1pm & 2pm-4pm, plus Sunday 19th Jan 10am-1pm.
