Glasgow Life Disclosure Log

As part of Glasgow Life’s commitment to openness and transparency, and in order to provide greater access to our information, we aim to publish information disclosed in response to requests made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“FOI”) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (“EIRs), when it is disclosed into the public domain.

We aim to publish this information here if there is a substantial public interest in disclosure of the information. For example, if it relates to our decision-making processes around high-profile issues or the spending of public funds.

For personal data reasons we cannot publish any requests that would identify an individual. For example if an applicant has made a request in relation to correspondence on their complaint file.

All responses published on the Disclosure Log will be retained and archived in line with our retention policy.
