Ibrox Library is free to join

Your membership gives you access to Glasgow's library network and the Mitchell Library.  You can also borrow or access:

Glasgow Kidz Card and Young Scot Card

You can apply for a Glasgow Kidz Card and Young Scot Card at Ibrox Library!

With the Glasgow Kidz Card anyone aged 5 to 11, living or attending school within the Glasgow City Council boundary, can obtain the card free of charge and enjoy discounts around Glasgow including free swimming, films and more.  Click here for more information.

The Young Scot Card is free for all 12 to 18 year olds living or attending school in the city, and gives you access to tons of special offers, discounts and services. Click here for more information.

The Macmillan Cancer Information And Support Service

If you're affected by cancer you want to know that there's someone you can turn to for help. Someone who can help find the answers to your questions, whatever they may be.
If you live in Glasgow and want to find information, support and practical help or would just like someone to talk to, come along to the Macmillan Information and Support Service at Ibrox Library​​​ launching 15th March 2018.​ You can talk through issues and concerns with our staff and trained volunteers.​

Free Money And Benefits Advice Service

We are also working with the Citizens Advice Bureau to offer a free and confidential money and benefits advice service within the library every Wednesday from 1pm till  4pm.  For more info on this service or to book an appointment please call the library direct today.
