We assess each candidate consistently against our requirements and the competencies listed on the role profile. The better you can communicate your strengths, skills, knowledge and experiences during our assessment process, the higher your chances of going through to the next stages.
We are looking for specific examples of how you’ve approached problems, tasks and challenges in the past. Before writing anything you should read all of the information in the person specification and role profile, paying particular attention to the competencies required. We would also recommend reading our competency guidelines prior to writing your application.
Think about everything you have done and achieved which relate to the competency being asked for. You must choose examples that enable you to describe specific things you did, not what your team did or what your work area did.
