Twilight in Concert - The Film with Live Band
Surrounded by the Beauty of a Thousand Candles
The legendary romance fantasy film Twilight is coming to Glasgow as part of a UK tour, just ahead of Halloween.
Presented in an in-concert format, this special screening sees the film’s original score and music performed live-to-film by an exceptional 12-piece ensemble of rock and orchestral musicians.
It promises to be an impressive live cinematic experience, featuring a unique candlelit atmosphere that will transport audiences deep into the heart of this romantic story, more than fifteen years after the film’s original release.
The dark and melancholic score for Twilight (2008) was written by multi-Academy Award®, BAFTA Award and Critics’ Choice Award nominee Carter Burwell, known for his collaborations with directors such as the Coen brothers, Todd Haynes and Spike Jonze.
Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) doesn't expect much when she moves to the small town of Forks, Washington, until she meets the mysterious and handsome Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) — a boy who's hiding a dark secret: he's a vampire. As their worlds and hearts collide, Edward must battle the bloodlust raging inside him as well as a coterie of undead that would make Bella their prey.
Twilight has a BBFC rating of 12A. Contains moderate fantasy violence and horror. Please note this event has an age restriction of 8 years and above. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access is from the Killermont Street entrance (North Entrance) only. From this entrance, there is Lift access to all levels.

Full table service is not available, food or drinks are ordered from the service counter. However, food and drinks can be brought to the table.
There is not a lowered section at the counter.
No tables are permanently fixed. No chairs are permanently fixed. Some chairs have armrests.
Drinking straws are available.
Menus are hand held and wall mounted. Menus are not available in Braille. Menus are not available in large print. Picture menus are not available.

At times, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.
The public are only permitted to record and take photos where explicit permission has been granted in advance.
Free wifi
Yes, there is free public Wifi access. To connect, visitors have to register with the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall Public Wifi which should pop up on their browser. After that visitors will only need their password for future uses.
