Young Summer Holiday Programme

Summer fun is ON with Young Glasgow!

Make the most of the summer holidays, whatever the weather, with Young Glasgow’s Summer Holiday Programme.

We have a great range of FREE or discounted activities at venues across the city, including summer camps, arts and crafts, sporty fun, games, cycling and outdoor adventures.

Libraries, community centres, museums and sports centres all over the city are taking part. We’re also working with various partners who are hosting events too, so there’s bound to be fun happening near you!

Here’s a taster of what’s on This Summer

In the North West area of the city, we have summer-long fun with Club 511, the Buddies Club Playscheme and Park Lives, as well as street play and trips with Linkes, cycling fun with Drumchapel Cycle Club and Maryhill Housing Association’s 40th Anniversary Family Fun Day, plus lots more!

In the North East, there’s also a summer-long programme with Club 511, fun events throughout July at St Mungo Museum and Provand’s Lordship, inflatables fun at Glasgow Club Springburn and the International Family Café at Rosemount Lifelong Learning Centre.

For the South area, join in with play camps throughout July, outdoor play at various venues, fun activities at Glasgow Museums Resource Centre, storytelling and arts and crafts with the Village Storytelling Centre, plus filming and animation fun with SWAMP Creative Media Centre.

Get information on all of the activities, dates and times for FREE summer fun across Glasgow City in our 2017 brochure:
