Artists in Communities Call-Out

Callout for applications
Glasgow Life Artists in Communities 2026/27

Applications are open now for new opportunities in Glasgow Life’s Artists in Communities (AiC) initiative, with the support of Creative Scotland’s Multi-Year Funding programme.

Glasgow Life Artists in Communities is a programme that transforms lives by engaging local communities across the city in creative and cultural activity,

Since 2018, AiC has transformed lives as over 35 artists, collectives, and organisations delivered 92 projects throughout the city. Over 98,297 people have benefited so far.

Now, we are able to offer 3 new projects, supported to run for 2 days a week, for 2 years between January 2026 and December 2027.

Following on from the previous phase, in 2024/5, which explored themes of sustainability, we are inviting proposals that will explore the issues and challenges presented by the climate emergency.

A fee of £57,642 per project is available to undertake this work across 2 years.

We are inviting proposals now until 9am, Friday 24 October, to be submitted by email to creativecommunities@glasgowlife.org.uk with ‘Multi-Year Fund AIC Application' in the subject line.
