Four-time Grammy Award-nominated neo-traditional folk duo, The Milk Carton Kids, formed in early 2011 after Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan shelved their solo careers in favour of a collaborative project that focused on harmonised vocals, entwined acoustic guitars and rootsy songwriting.

Known for their virtuosic guitar skills – Pattengale’s intricate picking and Ryan’s airtight rhythm guitar – as well as for their comedic banter, the Los Angeles-based duo released their 7th album, I Only See The Moon, in 2023 before embarking on a run of shows across the US and Canada. Their Celtic Connections performance is only Scottish date on The Milk Carton Kids current international tour.
