Do you need support to make or manage your online Universal Credit claim? We can help.

If you need to make a NEW CLAIM to one of the following benefits, you will need to claim Universal Credit:

  • Income Support
  • Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Housing Benefit
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Working Tax Credit

If you need some support making or updating an online Universal Credit claim, please get in touch with us. You can make a face to face appointment with one of our advisors by calling 0808 169 9901 between Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Monday: Springburn Library – 10am until 5pm
Monday: Royston Library – 1pm until 6pm
Tuesday: Easterhouse Library – 10am until 5pm
Wednesday: Shettleston Library – 10am until 5pm
Wednesday: Riddrie Library - 10am until 4pm
Thursday: Riddrie Library - 10am until 4pm
Friday: Bridgeton Library – 10am until 5pm
Friday: Riddrie Library - 10am until 3pm

WEST GLASGOW
Tuesday: Maryhill Library – 10am until 5pm
Tuesday: Knightswood Library - 10am until 1pm. 
We also run a drop-in clinic from Netherton CC Welcome Place on a Tuesday from 2pm until 5pm.
Wednesday: Anniesland Library – 10am until 5pm
Thursday: Partick Library – 10am until 5pm
Thursday: Possilpark Library – 10am until 1pm
We also run a drop-in clinic from Possilpoint CC Welcome Place on a Thursday from 2pm until 5pm.

SOUTH GLASGOW
Monday: Pollok Library – 10am until 5pm
Tuesday: Gorbals Library – 10am until 5pm
Wednesday: Ibrox Library – 10am until 5pm
Wednesday: Castlemilk Library - 10am until 1pm
We also run a drop-in clinic from Castlemilk CC Welcome Place on a Wednesday from 2pm until 5pm.
Friday: Pollokshaws Library - 10am until 5pm
Friday: Govanhill Library - 10am until 1pm
We also run a drop-in clinic from Govanhill CC Welcome Place on a Friday from 2pm until 5pm.

Please have the following information available at the start of your appointment:

  • Name and address information
  • Telephone number and email address (if you do not have an email address, we can create one for you as part of your appointment)
  • Your rent cost and landlord information if applicable
  • Details of any savings, salary or any other income
  • Bank account information

We can also refer you to other support services relating to:

  • Lone parent support
