Dance artist Farah Saleh joins producer Claricia Parinussa and Amy Cheskin, BSL interpreter specialising in performance, for a conversation exploring her cross-border collaborative practice.

Drawing on her experience of devising works 'Gesturing Refugees', 'What My Body Can/t Remember' and her new project 'Past-inuous'; where she has created multi-faceted works with fellow artists in Edinburgh, Berlin and Nablus, the conversation will discuss her approaches for collaborating creatively and communally across borders, cities or living rooms.
The discussion will include a Q&A.

This event will take be livestreamed on Zoom in webinar format. It is free but ticketed.

About Farah Saleh
Farah Saleh is a Palestinian dancer and choreographer active in Palestine, Europe and the US. She has taken part in local and international projects with Sareyyet Ramallah Dance Company (Palestine), the Royal Flemish Theatre and Les Ballets C de la B (Belgium), Mancopy Dance Company (Denmark/Lebanon), Siljehom/Christophersen (Norway) and Candoco Dance Company (UK). In 2016 she co-founded Sareyyet Ramallah Dance Summer School, and is currently an Associate Artist at Dance Base in Edinburgh.
