Glasgow Life is helping to support the delivery of COP26. Please check this page regularly for our latest updates.

What is COP26?

Participants and media from across the world will soon arrive in Glasgow for COP26. Taking place from 31 October until 12 November at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), COP26 is one of the biggest and most significant events Glasgow is ever likely to stage.

These vital climate talks will bring together heads of state, climate experts and campaigners, to agree coordinated action to tackle the global climate emergency.

How is Glasgow Life supporting the delivery of COP26?

To support the delivery of COP26 activity, a small number of Glasgow Life venues will temporarily close to the public, either for part of or the duration of the conference.

All dates are inclusive and subject to change as requirements around COP26 and the security operation for the event continue to evolve.
