The Venue

Bellcraig Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community.  It was opened in 1983 by Councillor McGarry.

Bellcraig Community Centre can be used for a variety of community, social and commercial activities, including but not restricted to meetings, small conferences, classes, clubs, arts and crafts, sports activities, dance classes, birthday parties, engagement parties, christening/communion receptions, slimming clubs and martial arts classes. The centre also has shower facilities available for use with any bookings.

Please note that in accordance with Government Policy, smoking is not permitted in Bellcraig Community Centre or our surrounding grounds.

Minimum Let duration is 1 hour. Lets for part of an hour will be charged at the hourly rate. Please note that all rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Free access to our kitchen is available with a room booking to make tea/coffee or to warm up pre-prepared food. Please note you must bring your own supplies.


Parking and Public Transport

There is no car park at Bellcraig Community Centre.  However, there is on-street parking in the immediate area.

The centre is close to Rothes Drive, which offers good public transport links, making the centre easily accessible by bus.  Summerston train station is also located nearby.
