Glasgow Life are inviting applications from suitably experienced organisations or partnerships; agencies and community groups to provide additional or new ESOL services to address gaps in services and contribute towards meeting unmet demand in the city.

Project deliver dates are January to March 2019, with a lead in period in December 2018. It is recognised that time limitations will necessitate a focused approach therefore the clarity of the applications and delivery method will be a key factor in assessing applications.
