Promoter Statement

It is with great disappointment that due to the Corona Virus global pandemic we are unsure whether this tour will be able to take place for the previously rescheduled dates in February, therefore we have taken the decision that in order for the tour to go ahead as originally planned and safely, we are rescheduling this concert once again to 19 September 2021. All tickets will remain valid and be automatically transferred over to the new date.

They are the most beloved and recogniseable big and small screen creations of all time – let alone just in the world of the Fantasy genre –and now the music of Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit will be celebrated in a special orchestral concert at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.

The show, presented by Senbla by arrangement with Silva Screen Live, will be a celebration of the music from the most memorable moments from across the world’s of Middle Earth and the Seven Kingdoms. Sci-Fi Bulletin called the London premiere of the show in 2017 “… a three-in-one précis of some great music”.

The stunning musical accompaniments will be performed live by a huge orchestra, creating an immersive live concert experience that is every bit as thrilling as the twists and turns in the world’s respective histories.

Now audiences in Glasgow can experience a concert celebrating one of the most vital and stand-out aspects of the Fantasy genre in an all-encompassing live concert experience at the Royal Concert Hall  – though fans will have to be quick to snap up the precious tickets!
