This 12 hour course is for anyone wishing to
gain sports injury related first aid knowledge. It is held over a weekend,
divided into two 6 hour days. Course content includes:
• introduction to first aid, incident and
casualty management and record keeping
• breathing difficulties, recovery position,
resuscitation, shock
• wounds and bleeding
• fractures
• head injuries
