Drop in to a library near you to chat to the
team from Glasgow’s new mental health support hub The Nook.
At the drop ins you will find self-help
tools, information and resources, health and wellbeing activities and support
to make an appointment at the Hub.

The Nook provide support to young people
(10+), families and adults experiencing mental health problems impacting
day-to-day living, as well as to people supporting others, whether that’s
friends, family or work colleagues.
