Federation of the Disco Pimp (FOTDP) are BACK! After a five-year hiatus, Scotland’s premier exponent of modern funk returns bigger and tougher than ever to celebrate the release of their 3rd Studio album, Gratuitous.

Signed to the legendary Acid Jazz Records, this new album is a definitive statement of their return, cementing their reputation for providing unstoppable grooves since 2010. Combining elements of Old-School Funk, Disco, Psychedelic, and Jazz, FOTDP is legendary for their endless energy and blistering live sets.

The new album, Gratuitous, showcases why they are at the forefront of the modern funk scene. Join FOTDP as they return to Celtic Connections for this special album launch show, performing the new music from Gratuitous alongside favourites from their entire catalog. This is a celebration of new music and a testament to the power of Scottish funk.
