A walking tour of the hidden past and present of the inner East of Glasgow’ as depicted by some leading documentatry photographers. Starting off with a guided tour of Steven Berkoff’s ‘Gorbals 1966’ which is on exhibition at Street Level, it will take in places featured in images over the decades by Thomas Annan, Oscar Marzaroli, David Peat, Hugh Hood, Allan Bovill and Chris Leslie. It will take in Glasgow Cross, Saltmarket, London Road  and the Barras and conclude back at Trongate 103.

This event is open to all, though better suited to adults and older children; younger children are welcome with their parents/carers. There is a limit of 10 people to make it a manageable and more intimate encounter. This does involve a walk of up to 2 miles.
