Venue

Prepare for a wild ride with Ruairidh Maclean, A.K.A. RuMac, the Scottish accordion player tearing up the rulebook of traditional music. Beginning with a deep foundation in classic Scottish tunes and Gaelic songs, RuMac has fearlessly launched himself 'Beyond the Tradition' and into a chaotic, brilliant collision of genres.

There is truly no telling what sonic journey he will take you on: from raw, heartfelt Gaelic ballads to unexpected, high-octane covers of heavy metal and rock anthems, sometimes within the same breath. His live shows are an exhilarating, anarchic spectacle, gaining a cult following eager to witness his explosive talent. This is music that demands your attention, proving the mighty accordion can be the most versatile and surprising instrument on any stage.

A weird but fun performer that is always best experienced live…
