Glasgow Life Sport Gymnastics Programme

Our gymnastics programme has something for all ages and abilities, from babies to adults.

We have state of the art gymnastics equipment in both of our operational venues at Kelvin Hall and Palace of Art Gymnastics Academies.

The structured class levels and online home portal allow you to view regular progress updates.

And with our new flexible booking options you don’t have to worry about re-booking throughout the year.

Our Coaching Staff

Our coaches are qualified and receive regular ongoing training; many of them are ex-gymnasts themselves! We offer a seamless pathway of levels from beginners through to advanced and have close links with the City of Glasgow Gymnastic club for any budding stars of the future!

Play-Gym (crawling to 5yrs)

Play-Gym is a fun and interactive introduction to gymnastics for children and their grown up, this is a 45minute free play session offering participants the opportunity to explore the sate of the art gymnastics equipment. These sessions are for children from crawling to 5 years old.

Spaces are limited (maximum 50) and cost £2.00 per participant, please remember to book a space for yourself and your child. We would encourage participants to always book in advance via the Glasgow Club app or by telephoning Kelvin Hall or Palace of Art receptions and as always would ask that payments are cashless. (we are trying to avoid queues at reception)

All grown ups will be asked to wear face coverings during the session and we would encourage participants to keep their distance from each other.

Pre-School Programme (6mths - 5yrs)

The pre-school programme is designed to encourage parents/guardians to have fun together while exploring our equipment and developing the fundamental skills which are the basis of many sports.

Gymnastics Programme (5 years +)

Our gymnastics programme offers general gymnastics sessions to children across the City. Our general gymnastic sessions start at Gym Skills 1 and progress through to our Advanced Gymnastics Sessions.
