Gymnastics is a fun and challenging sport that develops balance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility and agility. You don't need to have all these skills before joining our programme; these are things you will learn as you progress through our levels!
Our Programme offers classes for babies all the way to adults with flexible payment options to suit everyone
Our Coaching Staff
Our coaches are qualified and receive regular ongoing training; many of them are ex-gymnasts themselves! We offer a seamless pathway of levels from beginners through to advanced and have close links with the City of Glasgow Gymnastic club for any budding stars of the future!
Pre-School Programme (6mths - 5yrs)
The pre-school programme is designed to encourage parents/guardians to have fun together while exploring our equipment and developing the fundamental skills which are the basis of many sports.
Gymnastic Programme (5 years +)
Our gymnastic programme offers both general gymnastics and trampoline sessions to children across the City. Our general gymnastic sessions start at Gym Skills 1 and progress through to our Advanced Gymnastic Sessions and we currently offer 3 trampoline levels within our programme.
Adult Programme (16 years +)
You don't have to be an ex-gymnast to come to these sessions, we offer both beginner and improver classes so regardless of experience or ability you can take part! Gymnastics is a great way to keep fit and meet new people. You will have unrestricted access to the whole gym which includes tumble track, bars, rings, beam, vault, floor and trampoline. We have qualified coaches on hand to help you develop new skills (if you wish) or you have the freedom to perfect those skills independently.
