Our performance management framework monitors our progress with a focus on the city’s priorities and our key objectives. To support this approach our focus is underpinned by:

- Glasgow City Council’s Strategic Plan (2022-27).
Performance is reported to Glasgow Life’s Board throughout the year across a range of measures including a breakdown of attendances to every Glasgow Life service area.
