City Business Event 2025 highlights collaboration and a new city campaign

The City Business Event 2025 took place this Wednesday (24 June) at the Royal Concert Hall. The event brought together businesses and stakeholders from across Glasgow for an afternoon of discussion and connection.
People at the event heard from Stuart Patrick from the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce. He spoke about a new collaborative approach to revitalising the city centre. Councillors Angus Millar and Ruairi Kelly also updated on city centre recovery, housing, and development.
The event included a preview of the upcoming city campaign ‘Get you in town’ from the creative agency, Bright Signals. The campaign aims to bring people back from all across the Glasgow area, into the city centre by promoting it as the social destination we all know and love. This campaign supports the ongoing work to transform the city to make Glasgow better for business and grow the resident population.

A free campaign toolkit is available for businesses and organisations. We encourage everyone to share the toolkit within their networks and help spread the message. If you belong to Glasgow, then this campaign belongs to you.
