Equalities Monitoring Survey: Preliminary results

We're pleased to report that 40% of colleagues completed the survey. Your input provides valuable insight into the diversity of our workforce and will help shape our ongoing work around equalities, diversity and inclusion.

Please be assured that all responses are completely anonymous. No individual will be identifiable in the results.

We are currently analysing the data and will share the organisational-level findings in June.
