Flu vaccination programme 2026

We are pleased to offer colleagues the chance to participate in the Flu Vaccination programme. You can get involved by requesting a free voucher.

To get your voucher, email fluvaccination@glasgowlife.org.uk with the following details:

• Your full name
• SAP number
• Email address (work or personal)

You'll receive your vaccination voucher by email and can use it at any Boots store at a convenient time.

There are a limited number of vouchers, so please request one only if you are sure you will use it.

We are releasing the vouchers in two batches, so colleagues on leave have a chance to get one. The first batch is available now. Once these are gone, there won't be a waiting list for this round.

The second batch of vouchers will be available on Wednesday 23 September. If you missed out the first time, this is your chance. If you requested a voucher in the first batch but didn't get one, please send another request on that date.

After the second batch is given out, we'll make a waiting list to re-allocate any vouchers that are returned.

We'll only use your email address to send your vaccination voucher. If you give us a personal email, you agree that Glasgow Life and Boots the Chemist Ltd can contact you about your voucher. We won't use your details for anything else, and neither Glasgow Life nor Boots will keep your personal email information.

Some people can get a free flu vaccination through the NHS. To see if you're eligible, check the NHS Inform website for guides and information. If you qualify, please use this option so we can make sure as many colleagues as possible get the vaccine. NHS Inform also explains how to book an NHS appointment.
