Check out the free online and in-person training and conversation events available over the coming months.
They cover a range of topics including mental health, understanding trauma, gambling support, men’s health, unconscious bias and building resilience.
Many sessions are available at a time to suit you through e-learning platforms, or recordings.
These equality, diversity and wellbeing sessions are designed to help you develop, grow and feel supported at work.
Walk and Talk - SAMH, The Nook, 51 Wilson Street, Glasgow G1 1U
Every Thursday 12 to 1pm
Step away, get moving, and boost your wellbeing with a friendly lunchtime walk and talk. Meet at The Nook at 12 noon, then stay for a cuppa and explore wellbeing resources and support with SAMH. Join us and see how a short walk can make a big difference.

During Diabetes Awareness Week, we’re encouraging everyone to know their numbers. Book a confidential, one-to-one Health Check with our PAM clinician, including blood pressure, BMI and cholesterol measurements, key indicators of your overall health and potential risk of Type 2 diabetes.

Gambling Support for Women – Conversation Café – SAMH, The Nook, 51 Wilson Street

Join Aila for a safe, women-led space offering support, information, and open conversation around gambling harm. Open to anyone affected – personally, through others, or professionally. Sessions run on the second and last Thursday of each month at The Nook.
