Fully Funded BA Business & Leadership
Are you looking to develop your leadership and management skills and gain a degree qualification?
New College Lanarkshire, in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland, is offering a fully funded, one-year BA Business & Leadership, with the next programme starting on 18 January 2027.
The programme may be suitable for colleagues who:
- hold an HND, or an HNC with 4-6 years' managerial experience
- are looking to develop their leadership and management capabilities
- live in Scotland
- already hold a degree but would benefit from developing their knowledge and skills in business and leadership
The programme is delivered mainly online and is assessed entirely through coursework, with no exams.
Support for Glasgow Life colleagues
We recognise the commitment involved in undertaking a degree alongside work and want to understand the level of interest from colleagues across Glasgow Life. Once expressions of interest have been received, we will work with the relevant Heads of Service to explore what support may be possible for colleagues who successfully gain a place on the programme. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking account of individual circumstances and operational requirements.
The programme is rewarding, but it does require dedication and effective management of your work, study and personal commitments.
