Glasgow Life's Annual Review 2025/26

I'm pleased to share Glasgow Life's Annual Review for 2025/26 with you. Published today, it tells the story of another remarkable year for our charity and demonstrates the vital role we play in transforming lives and strengthening communities across Glasgow.

Fundamentally, it shows the breadth of our contribution to Scotland's social and economic priorities, and those that matter most to the people of Glasgow: improving health and wellbeing, reducing poverty and inequality, supporting learning and skills development, and creating a vibrant, inclusive and resilient city.

Glasgow Life believes in the power of culture, sport, and learning. From libraries and museums to sports facilities, community centres and concert halls, we're woven into the fabric of life in Glasgow. More than 75% of Glaswegians engage with our venues, programmes, experiences and events every year.

This year marks the first time we have published our Annual Review in a fully digital format. Our new approach is aimed at making it more accessible, sustainable, and easier to explore and share the stories and impact behind our work, while also helping us to better understand how people engage with our content.

Glasgow Life couldn't achieve the scale of what it does without strong partnerships and collaborations. Everything we do builds networks and relationships with people and organisations that share our ambitions for the city.
