We want to make Glasgow Life the best place it can be. As we look ahead at our charity’s long-term vision, we are reviewing our culture and current ways of working. We want to understand what works well and what we can improve.

We have started an important piece of work to look at our culture and how we work together. It will also help us build the future we want for our charity.
