Important update: CGI Service Desk will not respond to email requests from April

From 1 April 2026, CGI will no longer respond to emails sent to their Service Desk at the address gccservicedesk@cgi.com

What does this mean for you?

You must now submit all service requests, such as Procurement and User Access forms, through the Service Now Portal.

You can access the portal using this link: Service Now - Glasgow Life

You can also request updates on incidents and requests directly on your ticket within Service Now.
