Pride Month is about acceptance, equality and celebrating the work of LGBT+ people.

During the month we will share events, case studies, and resources with you.

Glasgow Life is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all our colleagues and customers. Our Pride events are powerful reminders of past struggles, and provide platforms for visibility and representation, all with the aim of creating a more inclusive society.

LGBT+ Tours at The Burrell Collection

Join a free tour and uncover hidden histories at The Burrell Collection. Delve into the history, context and meaning behind some of our most popular objects, examining how representations of LGBT+ culture have always existed within art and history. Tuesday 24 June and Saturday 28 June, 2pm to 3pm. No booking required.

Join our council family LGBT+ network

Prism offers support to LGBT+ colleagues so that they feel confident to be themselves at work. The network provides the opportunity to get together and discuss relevant topics, share ideas, insights and experiences. You can contact Prism on prism@glasgow.gov.uk. Look out for details of the next Prism event in July.
