This interactive two-hour webinar is designed for supervisors and managers who lead performance management reviews. The session will explore how to effectively integrate Our Glasgow Life Behaviours into the performance management framework, helping you to create more meaningful, consistent and productive review conversations.

IOSH Managing Safely: Three-day workshop
If you manage people, venues or programmes, and/or deliver large events as part of your role, you should speak to your manager about gaining the IOSH Managing Safely qualification. To book a place, please email: glLandDenquiries@glasgowlife.org.uk
This qualification is currently not available to colleagues undertaking an acting-up arrangement.
Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to Groups: Two-day workshop
This course is intended for colleagues whose role requires them to deliver training to groups. On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded an SCQF Level 6 qualification in Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to Groups. As part of the course, you will be required to deliver an observed training session between 25 and 35 minutes in length. This interactive session must include a group activity or exercise of your choice. The observation will take place on the second day of the course in a simulated environment, where you will deliver training to your peers as part of the qualification assessment.
