With Christmas just around the corner, now is a great time to get your finances in order and feel more confident about managing your money over the festive season and beyond.

Glasgow Credit Union is offering a free online Make the Most of Your Money workshop, packed with practical tips and advice to help you make your money go further.

The 90-minute workshop will cover:

  • Budgeting: Why it matters and practical tips to help you stick to a budget.
  • Saving money: Simple ways to cut back on spending and boost your income.
  • Understanding credit scores: What they mean, why they matter and how to check yours for free.
  • Improving your credit score: Steps you can take to maintain or improve your score.
  • Making informed borrowing choices: Explore different types of credit and discover how shopping around could save you hundreds, or even thousands, of pounds.

Whether you want to plan ahead for Christmas, make everyday expenses more manageable or feel better equipped to make financial decisions, this workshop offers useful guidance you can put into practice.

Choose the session that suits you best:

  • Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 10.00am
  • Thursday 5 November 2026 at 3.00pm

Both sessions will be held online via MS Teams and last approximately 90 minutes.
