Navigator Programme 2025 - Applications now open

At Glasgow Life, we recognise the importance of continuing to invest in our people to ensure we have the leadership and management skills needed for the future. Our Navigator Programme, which is now entering its eighth year, allows managers the opportunity to also develop as leaders.

Through a series of classroom-led learning events, coupled with a work-based project, access to a mentor and built-in networking opportunities, you'll have the opportunity to refresh your existing skills as well as pick up new learning and approaches that will help you to continuously improve in your role in the future. The programme also serves as a reminder that whatever your experience, you still have things you can learn and reassures you that you can do this.

Who is the programme for?

  • Current managers who need to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Colleagues recently promoted to a supervisory or management position.
  • Colleagues with new leadership responsibilities, perhaps through changes brought about by workforce planning or restructuring.

If you're interested in taking part, please discuss it with your line manager first then complete and send the application form (available on the intranet) to: glLandDenquiries@glasgowlife.org.uk by noon on Friday 13 December 2024.
