New GOLD course: Making a Management Referral

We’re pleased to share a new resource from our occupational health provider, PAM, to support managers in making effective referrals. 

The ‘Making a Management Referral’ module is now available on GOLD and includes a short video guide to walk managers through the referral process.

This module is designed to:

• Clarify when and how to make a referral
• Improve confidence in using occupational health services
• Support employee wellbeing through timely and appropriate referrals.
