Pathway Programme open for applications

Applications are now open for our 2026 Pathway Programme, which will begin in August 2026.

The Pathway Programme is designed for colleagues who are not currently in a supervisory role but would like to develop their skills and explore future career opportunities.

The application window closes on Friday 26 June 2026.

What the programme involves

During the programme, you will attend five half-day workshops, usually one workshop per month.

Our workshops include:

  • Know your strengths
  • The importance of intentional communication
  • The impact of positive motivation on performance
  • Coaching conversations
  • The way forward

These sessions are designed to support you in your current role and help you prepare for future career ambitions.

Pathway Programme information session

We are hosting an optional online information session for colleagues who would like to find out more about the programme and the application process.
