Stress awareness and coping skills - free classes for colleagues this December

Throughout December, we will be running some free My Wellbeing classes for all colleagues to support with stress awareness and coping skills. Please find details of classes available and booking instructions below.

Body Balance: A motivating blend of tai chi, pilates and yoga that will help improve your mind, your body and your life.

Yoga: A practice that connects the body, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.

Pilates: A form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Wednesday 4 December: Body Balance at 12.15pm

Friday 6 December: Body Balance at 6.30pm
