Virtual appointment day for mental health support
Is something playing on your mind?
If you’re feeling worried, anxious or low, the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service can help.
This service, delivered by The Better Health Generation and Able Futures, offers:
- Help now. There are no waiting lists.
- Up to nine months of confidential, one-to-one support from a qualified mental health professional
- Specialist support for neurodivergent colleagues, including access to a neurodiversity profiler. This explores strengths, traits, and tailored help with workplace challenges. You don't need a formal diagnosis to access this service.
Virtual appointment days
Able Futures has arranged a Virtual Appointment Day on Monday 15 December. During the appointment, you can speak in complete confidence with a mental health professional.
How to book:
- Use the booking link below and select your preferred time slot.
- Provide your name, email, and contact number. This can be your own personal email address.
- You’ll receive confirmation by email, and a member of the Able Futures team will call you at your chosen time.
They will answer any questions and help you complete an application for further support if you’d like.

This is a completely confidential service. Able Futures will not share your details with anyone at Glasgow Life unless you ask them to.
