Able Futures provides free and confidential mental health support for people facing challenges at work.
The service helps people with mild to moderate issues such as work-related stress, burnout, trouble sleeping, fatigue, and anxiety. It is part of Access to Work and aims to help you stay healthy at work. You do not need a GP referral and can refer yourself.
If you are eligible, you will get one-to-one support from a dedicated coach for up to nine months. Most sessions are online, and you can choose either one hour each month or 30 minutes every other week.
