November 2025
Men's Health Month is November, a time to raise awareness about men's physical and mental health challenges and encourage them to seek help and take action.
Campaigns like Movember are central to the month, promoting conversation and action through events like growing mustaches.
Read on to find out more about Movember, and other organisations who can provide support and advice for physical and mental wellbeing.
Movember
For men talking about how you are feeling can be a hard thing to do. The stereotypical ‘men don’t cry’ attitude hides pain, grief, anxiety, depression and can lead to a feeling of failure, worthlessness and hopelessness. The Movember Institute of Men's Health unites global experts – and guys themselves – to crack the toughest health challenges men and boys face today.
Together with sector partners, they put evidence into action – improving health outcomes, challenging outdated norms, strengthening connection, and helping men engage with care that actually works.
Healthy men, healthy world. That’s the goal.
Help support yourself and fellow men by joining the Movember movement.
