Throughout September/October 2025, our Colleague Feedback Survey gathered the views of 91.7% of colleagues in the Events Team. Our commitments are:

To celebrate:

100% of our team look for ways to serve customers better, and 95% are proud of the difference our work makes. We'll continue to recognise wins and positive innovation in team meetings.

To improve:

Only 55% are happy with the working environment (up 12% from last year). We'll use Performance Management, team meetings, and 1-2-1s to clarify objectives, provide regular feedback, and recognise growth and learning opportunities.

To start doing:

Address workload concerns (only 64% feel it's manageable) by exploring new initiatives to balance operational needs with wellbeing. We'll continue streamlining governance, finalise event reporting frameworks, and build knowledge and capability across the team.
