Throughout September/October 2025, our Colleague Feedback Survey gathered the views of 59% of colleagues in the Retail Team. Our commitments are:

To celebrate:

A committed, passionate team with 100% positive feedback on I regularly look for ways to serve our customers better. 78% of colleagues are proud to recommend our services, up 6% from last year.

To improve:

We'll strengthen mechanisms to ensure colleagues' voices are heard and to help them feel more confident recommending Glasgow Life as a great place to work. We'll also address workload concerns.

To start doing:

Introduce regular 1-2-1s with open feedback, facilitate team co-learning sessions, provide time management and prioritisation training, and create a formal Retail People Plan focused on career development and engagement.
