Glasgow Life’s Walking Football programme is more than just a game

It’s a chance for people to be part of a team and feel the multiple benefits of participating in sport. This one hour of activity a week helps those taking part to become fitter and healthier. Not only that, but it’s beneficial for their mental wellbeing.

  • A free service which provides support to adults in the Calton area of Glasgow to help them access activities and services.
