North East Community Planning Partnership Area; Planting, Blooming, Grounding, Resting

Planting, Blooming, Grounding, Resting is focused on the Glasgow's East End, based in Glasgow Ceramic Studio, Dennistoun, and led by craftsperson, participatory artist and facilitator Ciara Neufeldt.

Using the four seasons of the year as a backdrop, Ciara is encouraging local communities to explore positive changes they can make seasonally, through craft methods, to discover climate-conscious approaches in their everyday lives. 

The project is rooted in neighbourhood connections, creating space for the voices of the community. Partners include the nearby Everlasting Food Bank, and InCahootz, an arts and theatre company working with people in recovery.
