Penilee Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community. It was originally built in 1975 and was opened by Lord Provost Peter McCann.
There is a community gym on site, which costs £2.80 per day, £7.00 per week, £11.00 fortnightly or £16 for 4 weeks. The centre also offers an I.T suite, which is open to the public and is free of charge, once registered.
