Penilee Community Centre
Now open to existing tenants, let holders and the public for activity lets and events.
Penilee Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community. It was originally built in 1975 and was opened by Lord Provost Peter McCann.

Cafe or restaurant
Smithy’s Café is onsite and is open to both customers and the public.
There is no car park at Penilee Community Centre. However there is on-street parking available in the immediate area.
Photography and video recording
At times, Glasgow Life may be on the premises to film or take photos.
The community Gym at Penilee Community Centre is now open.
It is a Technogym low carbon footprint, Community Gym space, providing a first class experience. Along with low energy consumption machines, comprising of Cardio and Resistance equipment.

Penilee Community Centre is perfect for a variety of Community, Social and Commercial activities such as Community Meetings, Dance Classes, Shows / Performances, Fitness Classes, Art and social activities and Private Functions.

Please note all rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Minimum Let duration is 1 hour. Lets for part of an hour will be charged at the hourly rate.
Penilee Community Centre does not have a kitchen facility for hire. However there is a café on site.
