Three and a half decades of defining the underground. Glasgow’s own global electronic powerhouse, Soma Records takes over the Old Fruitmarket for a massive celebration marking 35 years at the absolute cutting edge of electronic music.
Co-founded in 1991 by electronic pioneers Slam: Glenn Gibbons, and Dave Clarke, SOMA stands as one of the world's most respected independent techno and house labels. Famously responsible for launching the careers of giants like Daft Punk and dropping genre-defining club anthems, the label remains a vital global export and the beating heart of Scotland’s electronic scene.
Expect a masterclass in pure, no-frills club music. A true bucket-list night for electronic music fans, celebrating 35 years of music that refuses to be forgotten.

Accessible toilets
There are accessible toilets located to the right of the entrance to the auditorium on the ground floor and on the balcony adjacent to the Candleriggs Bar.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome and are allowed in the auditorium.

There are designated spaces for wheelchair users. A companion is welcome to sit with you.

The cloakroom is located on the 1st floor next to the toilets. There is a £1 charge (only open for events or where a client has requested the facility)

Free wifi
There is free public Wifi access. To connect, visitors have to register with the Old Fruitmarket Public Wifi which should pop up on their browser. After that visitors will only need their password for future uses.
