"Advocating for a Basic Income" with Cllr Patrick Hurley, CEO of Inclusive Economy Liverpool.
In September, Liverpool City Council passed a motion requesting that, should the Government seek to hold an Income pilot scheme, Liverpool would be the city to host it.
At a time when Glasgow City Council are helping to investigate the feasibility of a Basic Income pilot in Scotland, one of the architects of that motion, Cllr Patrick Hurley joins Citizens' Basic Income Network Scotland to talk about his experience advocating for Basic Income.
At the first such event held in Glasgow. Cllr Hurley talks about why he supports Basic Income and surveys the work he's been doing to get to the agenda.
