Give it a Go Glasgow (Club Open Doors 2026)

Taking place between Monday 7th September and Sunday 20th September 2026, Give it Go Glasgow will provide FREE sport and physical activity sessions within communities across the city.

Be part of a city wide celebration of sport and physical activity across Glasgow! With a summer of an exciting World Cup and successful Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, Glasgow Life are encouraging Glaswegians to continue being active across opportunities in the city.

Supported through the Summer of Sport 2026 programme, Glasgow Life and Active Schools are supporting to help clubs and organisations open their doors, welcome new participants and inspire more people to get active.

Clubs or organisations will open at least one FREE session over the two week period, that will be open to new participants from your local community. Taking place from Monday 7th September to Sunday 20th September 2026, Give it a Go Glasgow – Club Open Doors 2026 aims to showcase the fantastic sport and physical activity opportunities available for children and young people aged 3 to 26 years across the city.
