Dates and times
A musical performance in our Human Threads exhibition.
Alex South will work with clarinet, bass clarinet and interactive electronics to present a part-composed, part-improvised set built around the idea of immersion and featuring music by composer Jan Foote inspired by humpback whale song. Alex’s improvisations will attend closely to breath, bodily rhythms and the dark micro textures of bass clarinet sound.
ACCESS: Highly visual and sensory
Part of a programme of events accompanying Human Threads, a large scale, multi-sensory exhibition from Artlink in partnership with Tramway, open here until 28 August.
