Join our Eastern European sisters in pierogi making. We will reveal the secrets of keeping the dough soft and share the perfect proportions for the fillings. We will introduce you to different techniques to form the edge of the pierogi … and then after a quick boil we can enjoy our creations!

Soul Food Sisters is a vibrant female led social enterprise collective who believe in improving skills and self-esteem through collective cooking. They use food as a force for nourishment, for better understanding, respect and inclusion.
Join their free, fast paced workshops and learn how to make Bavarian Semmelknoedel bread dumplings, Spanish Churros and Flores Frittas, Polish pierogi, and Injera pancakes from Eritrea.
